About Kim
Let’s face it, public accounting firms are struggling to recruit and retain talent at all levels. Managers are overloaded with training staff, managing turnover, reworking returns, keeping workflow moving, and, most importantly, serving their clients. As a Senior Manager at a top 100 firm, I understood these challenges all too well. This understanding made me eager to cultivate my own practice, one that would assist the non-profit practices of public accounting firms to meet these challenges and become more profitable. In 2019, I began NPSG and since then, my team and I have worked tirelessly to help firms find the solutions they are seeking.
